Hair is made to a specification. A lot drawn, wefted and packed to your spec cannot be resold to anyone else at the same price. If an order is abandoned mid-production, the loss sits entirely with us.
So the first order is secured — and the sample process exists precisely to make that fair. You hold approved hair in your hand before any volume money moves. Once the first shipment clears, the terms loosen. We would rather earn that than argue for it.
Bill of lading or airway bill, commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, and any inspection or fumigation certificate your customs requires.
Always confirm account details with us on a live call or WhatsApp voice note before transferring. We will never send a change of bank details by email alone.
Get the classification right at your end too — it decides your duty.
Human hair, dressed, thinned, bleached or otherwise worked. This is what we export. Freely exportable from India.
Raw unworked human hair. Restricted for export from India below a notified floor price. We do not trade in it.
Issued for every shipment. Where a preferential trade agreement applies to your country, tell us at order stage so the correct form is raised.
Duty, VAT and customs clearance in the destination country are the buyer's responsibility under FOB and CFR. Check your tariff line before you order.
Terms are easier to discuss now than after a container is moving.
