Neither, exactly. We are a merchant exporter. We buy from sorting units in the Murshidabad and Purba Medinipur clusters, set the processing specification, do double drawn conversion ourselves, and handle export. We do not own a sorting floor and we do not claim to.

The honest trade-off: we are more flexible on specification than a single factory, and we do not have a factory’s fixed capacity. For most buyers under a few hundred kilos a month, that is the better side of the trade.

Hair is drawn, wefted and packed to your specification. If an order is abandoned mid-production, it cannot be resold to anyone else at the same price and the loss is entirely ours.

What protects you is the sequence: you hold approved hair in your hand before any volume money moves, and the golden sample is the reference for everything after. From the second order, letter of credit at sight is available.

Yes, and you should. Sample is charged at cost plus courier and adjusted against your first bulk order. Tell us the grade and the lengths you want to assess. Once you approve it, that bundle becomes the reference every later batch is checked against.

Remy has all cuticles running the same direction, which is why it tangles less and lasts longer. It is collected in a way that preserves that alignment — principally temple hair from southern India.

Non-Remy is collected household hair, sorted from mixed cuticle direction and usually acid-treated. It is the bulk of what West Bengal processes and it is a legitimate product at its own price point. What is not legitimate is selling one as the other. We label which you are getting on the invoice.

Raw hair is being exported out of India in bulk to Bangladesh and Myanmar for processing there. Domestic sorting units are short of raw material and procurement costs have climbed sharply. PLEXCONCIL, the export promotion council for this product, has asked the government to restrict raw exports under HS 0501 for exactly this reason.

No. Raw unworked hair falls under HS 0501 and is restricted for export from India. We only export processed hair under HS 6703. If a supplier offers you cheap raw Indian hair, ask how it is clearing customs.

1 kg for a trial. 10 kg and above for standard commercial pricing. Made-to-order items like closures, frontals and clip-ins have their own minimums depending on the specification.

Bundles: 7 to 12 days from confirmed order and cleared payment. Wefts, closures, frontals and clip-ins: 12 to 20 days. Add transit — 3 to 8 days by air, 18 to 35 days by sea depending on your port.

Yes. We host buyers at the cluster. Fly into Kolkata (CCU); our office in Karimpur, Nadia is roughly four hours by road, and the Murshidabad sorting units are close by. Tell us your dates in advance so we can line up units that are actively working.

Raise it within 10 days of delivery with photographs and the batch reference from your packing list. We check it against the golden sample we hold and the retained lot record. Where the fault is ours we replace the affected weight on your next shipment or credit it. We will not argue you into keeping hair you cannot sell.

Currently the USA, UK, Gulf, Nigeria and West Africa, Vietnam and China. If your country is not on that list it is usually still fine — ask, and we will check the documentation and freight route before quoting.
