Spice shipments get rejected at the border for the same few reasons. We test for those before the container is sealed, not after.
Aflatoxin, pesticide residue, Salmonella and added colour (Sudan dyes) tested at an accredited lab against your market's limits. The report travels with the shipment.
A sealed sample from the actual lot is sent for approval. The bulk shipment is matched back to it.
Machine-cleaned and sorted, packed in food-grade PP or jute bags with liners, or retail packs under your brand. Every bag carries lot number and packing date.
Shipped from the port nearest to where the spice is sourced and processed: Kolkata, Nhava Sheva or Mundra by sea, or Petrapole by road for Bangladesh.
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate and lab analysis report with every shipment.
