Commercial terms
| Hair minimum order | 1 kg for a trial; standard commercial pricing from 10 kg. Produce and spice quantities are quoted separately. |

| Currency | USD. EUR and GBP by arrangement. |
| First-order payment | 100% advance by bank transfer, or 50% advance with balance against a scanned bill of lading before document release. |
| Established buyers | Letter of credit at sight available from the second order, subject to agreement. |
| Hair bundle lead time | 7–12 days from confirmed order and cleared advance. |
| Made-to-order hair | 12–20 days, depending on the item. |
| Samples | Charged at cost plus courier. Sample cost adjusted against the first bulk order. |
| Air transit | Typically 3–8 days; destination and service dependent. |
| Sea transit | Typically 18–35 days; route and port dependent. |
Transit times are additional to production lead times and are indicative. Share your required delivery date so we can confirm a realistic schedule.
