Are you a manufacturer or a merchant exporter?
We are a merchant exporter. We source through Indian suppliers and sorting units, set the specifications, control double drawn conversion and manage export. We do not claim to own a factory or farm.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. Samples are charged at cost plus courier. The sample cost is adjusted against your first bulk order. Once approved, the sample becomes the reference for the bulk lot.
What is the difference between Remy and non-Remy?
Remy hair has cuticles aligned in one direction. Non-Remy begins with mixed-direction cuticles and is acid-treated to reduce tangling. The grade and treatment are stated on your invoice.
What is single drawn versus double drawn?
Single drawn bundles contain a mix of strand lengths and have a natural taper. Double drawn hair has shorter strands removed by hand for fuller ends. We agree the draw specification before you order.
What is your minimum order?
Hair trial orders start at 1 kg. Standard commercial hair pricing begins at 10 kg. Minimum quantities for produce and spices depend on the product, packing and freight plan.
How long does an order take?
Hair bundles generally require 7–12 days from confirmation and cleared advance. Made-to-order hair can take 12–20 days. Add shipping time, and confirm the final schedule in your quote.
How can I verify the company?
Full IEC and GST identifiers accompany your quotation. You can request certificate copies and a live video call before ordering. Our FSSAI licence number is listed on the registrations page.
Can I inspect the lot or visit in person?
Yes. Ask for actual-lot photographs or a live video call before packing. Buyer visits can be arranged in advance. Kolkata airport is approximately four hours from our Karimpur office.
What if my shipment does not match the sample?
Contact us within 10 days of delivery with photographs and the packing-list batch reference. We compare the lot against the retained sample. Where the fault is ours, affected weight is replaced on your next shipment or credited.
Do you supply raw unworked hair?
No. Our published range covers worked and sorted hair products. Share your required processing specification so the team can confirm the suitable line and export classification.
Can I request private-label packing?
Branded labels and hang tags for hair, and product-appropriate packing for produce and spices, can be discussed with your enquiry. Confirm artwork, minimum quantity and packing costs with the team.

We work with buyers in the USA, UK, Gulf, Asia and Africa. If your country is not listed, share the destination so we can check the freight route and documentation before quoting.
