Agree the specification
Grade, draw, lengths, texture, packing and quantity are recorded before sourcing.
Approve the sample
You assess the sample. We retain a sealed matching counterpart with its batch reference.
Check the actual lot
Draw, cuticle direction, length, weight, shade and wash performance are checked before dispatch.
Resolve any difference
If the lot varies, we tell you before shipping. A new reference is set only by agreement.

Our Remy hair is sourced from South India. Non-Remy and unprocessed lines come from the Murshidabad and Midnapore clusters of West Bengal. We buy in person and control the double drawn conversion standard.
For fresh produce, we agree variety, size, maturity and packing. For spices, we agree form, purity, moisture and testing requirements. Each division keeps its own specifications and documents.
If something isn’t right
Share photographs and the batch reference within 10 days of delivery. We review the retained sample and lot record. Where the fault is ours, we replace the affected weight on your next shipment or issue credit.
